Issue Possible Cause Solution
No power There was a power failure Restore the power supply
The plug is not correctly inserted into the socket Insert the plug correctly into the socket
The power cord is damaged Contact customer service. Only authorized servicers should replace damaged cords
The power supply voltage is too low Move the unit onto another circuit with the correct voltage
Not cooling The ambient temperature is too high Move the unit away from direct sunlight or an overly warm room
The temperature dial is not set correctly Adjust the temperature to the minimum setting, and allow at least 24 hours to acclimate
There is not enough room to exhaust heat Allow at least 2 inches on the sides and 4 inches on the back of empty space for proper ventilation
The inner or outer fan(s) are not running Shut the unit off make sure the fan is properly connected. Contact customer service
Cooling node(s) not working Contact customer service
Fans are running all the time The fan(s) must run continuously to circulate the air within the machine. This enables the machine to cool all things equally This is normal behavior

I am missing a leveling foot

 There are three large feet and one smaller foot under the hinge. View the leveling feet placement image
You are actually missing a foot Contact customer service
The cooler is making noise The unit is not level Make sure the cooler is on a level surface
The fans will make a low frequency sound This is normal behavior
Popping or crackling noise due to expansion and contraction of inner walls This is normal behavior
Grinding and/or squealing noise due to fan motor failure Contact customer service
