Issue Possible Cause Solution
No power There was a power failure Restore the power supply
Not cooling The ambient temperature is too high Move the unit away from direct sunlight or an overly warm room
Fans are running all the time The fan(s) must run continuously to circulate the air within the machine. This enables the machine to cool all things equally This is normal behavior

I am missing a leveling foot

There are three large feet and one smaller foot under the hinge. View the leveling feet placement image
The cooler is making noise The unit is not level Make sure the cooler is on a level surface
